今年の日本では梅雨が異様に長くて曇りや雨が多くて太陽に飢えていたのか、サンディエゴに来てから、太陽がまぶしくて嬉しい。何となくこの光を使わないと『もったいない！』という気分でまだ一度も乾燥機を使わず外や家の中に洗濯物を干してる。それでも、まだ、もっともっと使えるはず！と思い、週末に数種類の種を買ってきた。とりあえず、ベビー・リーフ・ミックスを撒いてみました。昨日の夜には２～３個だった芽が今日は大量に出ていた。本葉が出てきたら間引きをします。２０日ぐらいで最初の収穫ができるそうです。まさに太陽の恵みです。楽しみ！！！It was long rainy season and many days were ether rain or clouds when we are in Japan this summer. I was happy that here is plenty sunshine in California and also I felt I should use this sun shine for something, so we have not use dryer since I return from Japan. But I still felt I should do more... and I planted Baby Greens Mixture seeds last weekend. We can star eating fresh salad soon. It is the Blessings of the Sun!
